TKO Supportive Housing, is a privately funded rental business established in 2023 by BJ and Monique Cvetko. Our mission is to provide a secure and supportive environment for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. We believe in fostering a lifelong commitment to sobriety by helping individuals develop and effectively engage with a robust support network, we aim to facilitate meaningful and lasting change in their lives

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to serve as an essential connection in the recovery journey, filling the gaps between institutional housing and independent living. We assist individuals in further developing the life skills acquired during rehabilitation, which will contribute to their future.

OUR MARKET

Individuals of both genders who have successfully finished an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation program.

OUR STRATEGY

We purchase and completely renovate multi-unit properties in the Harrisburg area. Our goal is to create stunning family-oriented shared living spaces featuring fully furnished bedrooms. We cover all utilities and provide TV and Internet access.
