Instructions

1. You will need to visit the website Apartments.com. Or Download the App

2. Click on sign up.

3. Enter your email and create a password (note* If you have more than one email, please check with me to see which one I have for you, as you will need to use the same one so the system can link us together as landlord/resident)

4. The system will then send you a verification to confirm your email.

5. Once signed in you should see your address and details.

6. The first thing to do is add a payment method. I recommend using a bank checking account. If you add a bank card/credit card the system charges a transaction fee each time you process your payment. There is no fee to debit from a checking account.

7. Click on stripe, search for your bank account and follow prompts to add your bank account

8. You can schedule your first payment Once your payment method is successfully added.

9. Click Make a payment, enter the amount, and date, and put your name in the memo field.

10. Note* The system takes a few days to process your payment, DO NOT SPEND THE MONEY BEFORE YOUR PAYMENT CLEARS YOUR ACCOUNT!
    Keep track or your payment will fail, and you will be charged a fee for insufficient funds.

11. The system will keep a history of invoices and payments so you will always know your balance.
